Requirements differ between vehicles. Everything below is confirmed with you individually during the review of your rental request.
Licence
You must hold a valid driver's licence for the duration of the rental. International customers should be prepared to present a valid licence and, where applicable, an international driving permit.
Age
A minimum age applies and depends on the vehicle and insurance terms for that rental. We confirm the minimum age for your requested vehicle when reviewing your request.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle and rental period. The amount and how it is held are confirmed before the rental begins.
Insurance
Insurance cover and excess arrangements are confirmed before the rental begins so you know exactly what applies to your rental.
Mileage
Mileage allowances vary by vehicle and rental package. Any charge for additional kilometres is explained upfront.
Additional drivers
Additional drivers may be added, subject to approval and the same documentation requirements as the primary driver.
